§ 1 How do we collect data?
1. DR BARBARA collects data on individuals who run economic or professional activity on their own behalf (hereinafter referred to as the Entrepreneurs), and data on individuals who perform legal actions that are not directly related to their activity.
2. Users’ personal data are collected for the registration of the user in the Website by setting up User Accounts.
3. In case of registration of the Account in the Website, the User shall provide following data:
a) e-mail;
b) Address (street, house number / apartment, postal code and city);
c) name and surname;
d) phone Number;
e) sex and date of birth.
4. In case of using services provided by the DR BARBARA, you can also provide state of health your or your family members.
5. In case of a registration of an Account in the Website, a user specifies its own password to the account. The user can change the password at a later time, as described in §4.
6. During the Website browsing DR BARBARA is collecting additional information (IP address assigned to your computer or external IP address of your ISP’s, domain name, browser type, time of access, the type of operating system).
7. Moreover, also Navigational Data may be collected from the Users, including information on links and hyperlinks that they decide to click or other activities performed at our Website.
§ 2 How do we use collected data?
1. DR BARBARA uses personal information for the purpose of providing services via Website.
2. If the Customer selects payment via the PayLane.pl system, his/her personal data are transferred in the scope necessary for execution of payment to PayLane Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-387 Gdańsk, ul. Arkońska 6/A3) entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the no. KRS: 0000227278.
3. Navigation data may be used to ensure the Users with improved service, statistical data analysis and adjustment of the Service to the Users’ preferences, administering the Service and to adapt to the User display ads on the websites of the Service as well.
§ 3 Cookies mechanism, IP address
1. The Website uses small files called cookies. They are recorded by DR BARBARA Website on a computer of a visitor to the Website, if a web browser allows so. Cookie file usually contains a name of domain, where it comes from, its expiry time and an individual random number that identifies such file. Information collected by means of such type of files allow to adjust services offered by DR BARBARA to individual preferences and actual needs of visitors at the Website. It gives also an opportunity to work out general statistics of hits into information presented at the Website.
2. DR BARBARA uses two types of cookie files:
a) Session cookie: recorded information is deleted from memory of a device after an end of a session of a given web browser or after a computer is turned off. Session cookie mechanism does not allow for collection of any personal data and other confidential information from User’s computer.
b) Persistent cookies: these are stored on the User’s computer hard disk until removal.
3. DR BARBARA uses its own cookies to:
a) User’s authentication on the Site/on the Service and to provide the Service User’s session (after logging in). Thanks to this user does not have on every page of the Service retype username and password;
b) analyzes and audits audience, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help DR BARBARA to understand how the Service Users benefit from the websites of the Service, which enables the improvement of their structure and content.
4. The cookie mechanism is safe for computers of the Website’s Users. In particular this way does not give a possibility for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter your computers. Still, Users have an option in their web browsers to limit or switch off the access of cookie files to their computers. If you use this option, you may still use the Website except functions that due to their nature require cookies.
5. Below you can find how to change the settings for web browsers on the use of cookies:
a) Internet Explorer;
b) Mozilla Firefox;
c) Chrome;
d) Safari;
e) Opera.
6. DR BARBARA may collect your IP address. IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a website visitor by your ISP. IP number allows you to access the Internet. In most cases, the computer is assigned dynamically, ie it changes every time you connect to the Internet and therefore is widely regarded as a non-personally identifying information. The IP address is used by DR BARBARA in diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating a statistical analysis (eg determining regions from which we note the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Website, as well as for security purposes and the possible identification of aggravating server unwanted automatic programs for viewing Website content.
7. The Website contains links and hyperlinks to other web pages. DR BARBARA shall not be responsible for privacy policies in force therein. Therefore if you go through the Website to a page managed by another administrator, we encourage you to acknowledge the privacy policy adopted there.
§ 4 Access to data and Protection
1. Personal information in DR BARBARA is protected in compliance with the Act on personal data protection of 29 August 1997.
2. Only authorized employees of DR BARBARA have access to personal information collected by the Website.
3. Users’ personal data may be transferred to other entities under the law or consent by the user.
4. DR BARBARA provides the Users who have their accounts with uninterrupted access to their data and a possibility of their modification any time. In order to modify data, a User should log to his/her Account at the Website.
5. DR BARBARA shall allow to remove personal data from the data set, in particular if the User Account is deleted. DR BARBARA may refuse to remove personal data if the User violates applicable law, and keeping the personal data is necessary to explain the circumstances and determine the liability of the User.
6. In case of subscription of the newsletter, you have a possibility to delete your e-mail address from the mailing list.
7. If a User who has an account at the Website has lost his/her access password, the Website makes it possible to reset the password to an account at the Website. The DR BARBARA shall not send any password reminder. The User’s encrypted password is stored in database in non-readable form. In order to reset a password, a User has to provide an e-mail address in the form available through “Forgotten Password Recovery” link, next to the login form to an Account at the Website. DR BARBARA will be sent an e-mail with a unique redirecting to the Website, after selecting the user will be able to choose a new password.
8. DR BARBARA does not send any mails, including e-mails requesting login information, in particular an access code to User’s Account. Such information is not disclosed either through traditional mail, e-mail or by phone.
§ 5 Amendments to the Privacy Policy
1. Privacy Policy may change as DR BARBARA inform users in advance of 7 days.
